Great Magazine - All You Magazine

The Aug. issue of 'All You Magazine' found at your local Wal-marts has a page of Kraft FREE coupons. They all state 'buy 3 kraft products, get____ free'. I bought just 3 kool- aids at Kroger and was able to use all the coupons. Kool-Aid is a kraft product.So if you have one of these magazines you can get the following with coupons;16 oz Kraft salad dressing, Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs (heather - this is all YOU) Crystal Light (up to 4.50), 12 oz pack kraft cheese singles, or Nabisco wheat thins for a the price of just 3 kool-aids (mine was .60 total). It's "Did you Know" Friday!

**Did you know that Kroger and Publix double coupons up to .50 cents. So if you find a .50 cent coupon that means $1.00 off! That is every day folks not just every 3 sunday that rains.

**Did you know that you can stack manufacturer coupons with store coupons (coupons given by say publix, CVS, kroger, walgreens etc)? So if you have a .50 manufacturer coupon that will double to $1.00 off and add that to a $1.00 coupon from CVS and you get $2.00 of that item!

**Did you know that some stores allow expired coupons? I know that my Petsmart does (for their instore coupons - I used one from 2006 last week everyone and it was a good one $10 off total purchase!) and I know tht Bed Bath & Beyond and Linens and Things does. Does anyone else know who else accepts expired coupons??

Free Day at the Zoo Atlanta

As part of an ongoing commitment to providing increased access to the broadest possible representation of our community, Zoo Atlanta will host City of Atlanta and Fulton County Family Days on Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17. On these two dates, guests who can demonstrate residence or employment in either the City of Atlanta or Fulton County will be admitted free. Family Days hosted by the Zoo in 2006 were extremely well-attended, so please be aware that we expect unusually high volume in the Zoo on both of these days; arrive early and travel on MARTA to beat crowds and traffic.

My Publix has buy one get one free Earth's Best organic stage 2 baby food. I don't know if it is a Publix-wide thing or not, but just thought I'd share in case anyone wanted to stock up. Where do I find coupons?

You may be wondering where you can pickup coupons. My suggestions are below:

1. The sunday paper
2. Papers that people throw in your driveway and you say "why the heck are people junking up my driveway??!!" - well open it up instead of throwing it away. They have the BEST coupons.
3. Online. Many manufacturers post printable coupons - print a few if you can for the swap!
4. Ask your family to help you start collecting.
5. Magazines
6. Sign up for online clubs. If you visit a store/restaurant frequently - go online and see if they have a club to sign up for. Then they email you coupons!!! I will post more info on this later.

Before you venture into the world of online coupons and free samples and goodies please set up an alternate email address dedicated to just this. Oftentimes you will get some spam (or just a lot of emails) from these companies and you don't want your normal inbox full of this stuff. If you set up an alternate account - gmail is wonderful and yahoo nows has ymail.com so you may be able to get an address you haven't been able to before because it's somewhat new! So get setting up that account because your first deal is on it's way!!

Hello friends! I have decided to start a blog dedicated to my love of finding the best bang for your buck. I will post coupons, free samples, and information to help you save money and get the best deal possible. A few months ago I never used a coupon. Today I don't go anywhere if I don't have one! Why give away money when you don't have to? I also will post helpful tips on how to manage the coupon chaos and links to other fabulous blogs that will help you along your way.
